Pepmint Group is committed to operating a responsible, sustainable business. Our sustainability strategy fully embraces our commitment to corporate responsibility and is an integral part of the way we do business.

As an organisation committed to sustainability, Pepmint Group is focused not only on addressing the environmental impacts of our products and services, but also on supporting our clients to meet their own environmental and sustainability goals. Accommodating our clients environmental considerations are an integral part of our approach to service.

We achieve this by:

  • continually working to reduce consumption of energy, water and materials through use of best-in-class products and practices;
  • providing advice and assistance on implementing waste solutions including waste stream splitting, recycling and disposal;
  • providing comprehensive sustainability reporting, enabling our clients to make informed decisions regarding the cleaning and care of their facilities;.
  • operating contracts smarter by being committed to ensuring as many of our suppliers as possible understand the commercial impact of operating as efficiently as possible so we can maximise value for all stakeholders. As part of our procurement strategy, we encourage our suppliers to monitor the sustainability credentials of their own suppliers.
  • Our Environment Policy seeks the combined efforts of all of our people and our subcontractors to ensure the effectiveness and success of our approach to environmental sustainability. It creates an overarching framework that helps us understand and manage the way our business directly and indirectly impacts the environment. It also assists in identifying environmental risks and opportunities in our business practices. 


Additionally, as part of our own business considerations, Pepmint Group is committed to the use of 100% biodegradable, environmentally friendly cleaning products. All of our products are Green Seal certified. They are effective at low dosage and packaged in concentrate form in recycled containers to minimise use and disposal of chemicals and waste.
